How to cascade BEFSR41 & WRT54g ?? 1

anyone have step by step including software configurating
these 2 devices ??

i currently have the cable modem in the WRT but bandwidth sucks because the house came wired(cat5) into a in-wall metal box for networking.

I need to move the WRT into the living room for better reception.

Have the BESFR41 in the box(cable modem going into it) then run a cat5 from it, into living room into WRT.

Essentially, disable DHCP on the WRT54G, give the WRT54G a static IP in the non-DHCP range of the BEFSR41, and connect using the uplink port of the BEFSR41 to a regular LAN port (not the WAN port) of the WRT54G.
