Does anybody know what the trick is to make an ESI IVX X-Class phone system spit out SMDR data via the serial port? I can't seem to make this work consistently with HyperTerminal. It's like the system switches between different modes (programming, SMDR ouput, and some other configuration mode) with no apparent logic.
