Hi all,

Anybody here who can help me in developing a freehand drawing program?
The pen would be the mouse while the paper would be a small window with a white background.
I would like to capture the mouse coordinates, translate it into freehand lines, then save it to a bitmap file.
I am having difficulty in dealing with graphics.
The saving into a bitmap file is way to hard for me to figure out.

Regards,

How far have you got?

How do you mean the resulting save into a bitmap file is too hard to work out?

Can you create a blank (white bitmap) in software and output it to a file?

Cross-forum posting is annoying and wastes space. :( There are lots of "paint" or "sketch" applications out there, you just need to search. As for saving to a bitmap, there are several threads in tek-tips regarding this.
