Does any one know how to capture all dimension/cube processing SQL statements that are generated by the Microsoft Analysis Server into a text file for later viewing?

Yes, you can do this using copy and paste.

When you run the process Cube or Dimension, let it complete but don't close the window. If you highlight the SQL statement, then select View Details at the bottom of the Dialog box, you can copy the SQL Statement for use in Query Analyzer or elsewhere.
