I've been tasked with creating a Crystal Report reflecting 'Balance Brought Forward'. The Great Plains field I need to use in this report is on the GP window 'Customer Payment Summary Inquiry'. And I would like to use the 'Balance' field as the value for balance brought forward.

However, it seems this field is calculated on the fly and doesn't seem to be stored in any particular table.

Does anyone know if this field data is actually stored in any GP tables where it can be accessed for reporting purposes?

If not, does anyone know the formula GP is using to calculate this field? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try the CUSTBLNC field in RM00103 (Customer Master Summary).

I believe I can work with this. Thank you very much!
