How to Cancel Print job?

Hi!

I have a problem with canceling a print job. A network printer can't print because one print job seems to be stuck. Therefore, it makes a waiting line.

I've tried with a normal procedure, by clicking on the printer, then the document, then "cancel". But nothing happens. This particular job is still there. I tried on clicking a document below it, and it worked.

Any clue? Thanks in advance!

You might try stopping the Print Spooler before you delete the job. Once the job is gone start the service back up. Sometimes just stopping and starting the service takes care of the problem.
