How To Cancel Call Wiating in Analog EXT

I need a help in how to cancel this service when the user talking on the phone if any one called the EXT should give busy tone not ringing .

MIra los digitos 7-8 del SERV de la extension analogica. Posiblemente poniendolos a 00 se te solucione el problema.

I change the digit instead of 7 i but 0 and it is working fine
