How to cancel an AP Credit Memo

I have posted an AP voucher , and applied a credit memo in AP module.
Now that I need to cancel that credit memo.
Does anyone know how to do it?

Have you tried an X-cancel voucher on it?

Yes I did. But it says invoice not on file.
So, I had unapplied this credit, and issued another dummy voucher to offset this credit manually.
