how to call tapi with netexpress 3.1

Hi,

i have a big problem, i can´t call tapi functions with netexpress. i don´t know why, every time i call a tapi function its comes the error "173 called program not found in drive/directory".
I call the functions like anny other Winapi:
example: call-convention 74 winapi
.
.
.
call winapi "WinExec"......

Can anybody help me?

Yes. You should download the complete TAPI SDK (since it seems not to have come with your copy of Windows) from the microsoft site:
