How to call another program before launching any apps

Hi All

How to call another program (LightningFax) & it must also close when i exit from session(any publish apps)."

"I managed to call LFax.exe from UsrLogn1.cmd,so it launches before any other publish apps & i am able to fax from any application but when exit from session (like winword or excel) LFax.exe doesnt get closed automatically & i have to kill the session from server.

Plz advice.
