How to call a HTML help file from MDI form

I have developed a help file using HTML help workshop. In my project this help file can be called by pressing the key F1. But I donot know the method of calling this helpfile from the menu of MDI form. Anyone who can help me is most welcome.

I've always used

SendKeys({F1})

It ensures only one Help is displayed.

Please tell me in detail how to do it.

I had given the code: SendKeys (F1) at the click event of Help menu of the MDI Form but it is giving an error as Variable not defined.
