How to calculate NPV ( Net present value ) in a query 1

I have a query that has 5 calculated payments - the interest rate is stored in a form. I need to work out how to calculate NPV. The problem is that the 5 calculated payments need to go into an array and be specified as double. I cant work out how to do this. Can anyone help me please? Thanks
