Hello,

I need to compare the amount of finished work ( % finished work) against the the ideal work (work without delays) finished in a status date. How could I obtain the last one?

Thanks in advance.

Sorry - I don't follow. If you want to compare where the project "should be" consider using earned value analysis. You'll need to have assigned costed work resources, saved a baseline, and have accurate baselines and tracking.

Yes I vê done this. It seems correct. I assigned $1 for each resource cost, is that right.

Yes. Assigning $1 per hour for each resource translates more easily to hours

Thanks JulieInMaine.
