how to build trust between nt4 and 2000 svr?

On NT 4.0 PDC open the Usermanager. Click on menu Policies and then Trusts. There you can enter the name of the W2k Domain. You have to enter a password for the trust. Don't forget it.
On a W2k DC open "Active Directory Domains and Trusts" Right click on the Domain name and choose properties. On the tab Trusts add in both fields the NT4 domain. The relationship should be bidirectional but not transitiv.
Tell me if it worked.
