How to build an interface like Win Media Player9?

Hi, there

I am interested in building an interface with Flash to achieve the effect kind of like Win Media Play 9. Mainly two things:
1. No IE (blue) window
2. A button enabling show/hide the menu

I did a deep search and could not find the same thing on the Intenet. Would you please help? Thank you very much!!!!
