How do I build a auto call forward phone on a Avaya CS1K with element manger? I want callers to be able to call a DID, go directly to voicemail with out using a phone to forward.

Build a 500 Phantom set. you will have to add dcfw and the entry to it but that will always forward and no physical phone required.
