How to build a Distribution list 1

it's been years since I've worked on MerMail but if it's not too many #s you can create it right from your phone. I think to build it you have to dial 85 (?) once you're logged into MerMail. I'll see if I can get any more info for you.

Do you want a personal or system (global) distribution list?

Coniglio is gearing you up for a personal distribution list.
Once you log onto your voicemail account, dial 85 to access the Distribution list menu.
Choose a number from 1 to 9 then press #
Press 5 to compose the list
Enter each number you want to add followed by #
To delete a number press 0#
When the list is finished press an additional #


To make a system wide list, access the Meridain Mail terminal.
Logon and choose option 1 (User Administration)
Option 3 will open the Distribution Lists menu
Choose Add, then fill in the blanks as needed
