How to bring text from table to MS Word

Good morning ,

I have the following problem:
I have a table like :
text code score

Redbook with score 1 r 1
Redbook with score 2 r 2
Bluebook with score 1 b 1
Bluebook with score 2 b 2

For instance my result is code = r and score = 2 and
code = b and score = 1.
I want to send then the text "Redbook with score 2 " and
"Bluebook with score 1 " to ms word. I am to ignorant to
solve it,so Advice is greatly appreciated .
