Hi,people.
I have to print my report accoding two special tasks:
first - my report sorted by Name. The information for the new name has to be on the new page.
second - the information has to be printed on both sides of the list.
I'll appreciate any answers.
Thanks in advance.

Lana

Create a group on the name field.
Under Report, Section Expert, highlight Name group header.
To the right of the property "New Page Before", click the X+2 button.
Enter the following line in the editor:

not onfirstrecord

Save and Close.
The report will now cause a page break before each new name except before the first one.

For the second question, can you describe further what you mean by "the information has to be printed on both sides of the list"? Does this mean you want multiple columns of data under each name?

thanks a lot for an answer.
The second question means that I need to print information on both pages of the list:
usually I print the reports only on one page of the list, another page is blank. But this time I need to print info on both pages.
