How to block SPAM on Exchange 2003

Hey all,

Just a quick question for you guys in the know.

How does one go about blacklisting an email address at the exchange server without using third party tools?

I simply want to block an email address from ever getting to an inbox. Is this possible? and can it be explained how its done in plain english?

If you have SP2 installed, the IMF feature is running by default (Built in SPAM filtering for Exchange).
