How to block outgoing calls on 2216 ACD phone

Using Genesys for call routing in combo with Meridian 2216 as the phone. How do you change the NCOS on the 2216 agent phone without effecting the call routing to that phone via Genesys?
Any ideas?

i would disu the set, out key 0. then go back in and change the cls to fre and the ncos to your lowest setting then add key 0 and and th4e other keys that the switch takes off, after you add agn to cls.. when you out key 0 the phone is no longer a acd set so the switch remooves about 3 keys, print it, nul key 0, then go back in to change the cls ncos and add the key 0 back...changing a acd set is taboo.. some people will not make a change at all, they out the set and put it back... fre2 and nocs 0 control out bound only
