How to block changing settings in BackupExec

How to block changing settings in BackupExec 9.1
Is there a file to change write rights (my user in Windows have "Backup Operator" rights) or something elese?

Lock the console to the Backup Exec server!

Other than that there is no way to prevent users from making changes to backup exec. You should install backup exec on a server that only Administrators have access to.

There is a way, that BackupExec himself changes place of Tapes in Media Sets.
I have definition that are 5 Media Sets (like days of week) and retention time in Media Set is 6 days.
So when the retention time of tape is end and someone put in the streamer tape, which belongs to Media set next day, the tape changes place of Media Set and go to another Media set.

Now, in the one media set will be 2 tapes, and in the Media Set day after, will be no tape.

I don't change tapes in streamer. It doing this people who are tens miles from my work.

So for this reason I need to lock making changes in Media Sets.
