If the number is an area code - remove in LD 90

NPA: 1xxx <-- xxx is the area code you want to deny access
If the number is an prefix for a specific area code - chg in ld 90
Req: CHG
Feat: Net
Tran: ac1
Type: NPA
NPA: 1xxx <-- xxx is the area code you want to change access
SDRR: Deny
Deny: xxx <-- enter the prefix you want denied access
This number could also be a 7 digit number
