Was asked if we could block a specific inbound phone number from calling us on the BCM400. If so, how would we do that.

Just to add the reason we want this... Some company's fax machine keeps trying to call our switchboard and they are getting annoyed and can't reach anyone to make it stop. There must be some solution to this inbound call nusience.

That is annoying!!!!!!

If you get the caller id when the call comes in, I would use the CLID routing feature in the Call Pilot to redirect it to my FAX machine. There's usually something in the FAX that identifies who the company is. Once I got that, I would change the redirect and send it back to that companys main number........See how they like it.

If you don't get the caller id, try transferring the call to your FAX machine and if you get their name, call them and let them know, in no uncertain terms.
