How to best present BCM50 issue to the forum?

I'm an IT manager who knows very little about telephone systems. Before I post a question what will the collective mind want to know about my particular system?
The BCM50 is 200 miles away but I can access it via Element Manager. I'm assuming Model, System Name, System software version at the least, correct? Are Keycodes relevant?

Just thought I'd try to prevent the "40 questions syndrome" if I can.

Model and Rls # is always a good start:
BCM50 Rls 6

Always reply when asked a question
Always close out the thread and not leave us hanging be it resolved (and how) or not
Always mention what you have tried to resolve your issue

We do not need key code list
