How to best Migrate from WINNT4 SBS to RHL7.3

Can anyone point me to some "Dummies Guide" style resources for Migrating a small office 10-20 users from Microsoft Small Biz Server 4.0 to RH Linux 7.3 We want to have File, Print, Internet, Workgroup Mail (& POP3 of course) and have secured user accounts, along with VPN services. Internet will most likely be provided through a router and DSL service. Most of the Documentation I found is really tech-ee!

You want the linux server become Winnt 4 PDC.
You can use samba (

http://www.samba.org)

For multipop account, you can use fetchmail.
For vpn connection, you can go to

http://www.freeswan.org.
