How to begin with sendmail 8.12.2 on Linux 7.1

Hi !
I'm new with Linux and I'm trying to configure sendmail on it, but I don't know how to do it: I have the files in the PC and I used de ./Build but I don't know how to configure it, besides, I don't know how to test it.
Help me please.

i am new at the too and i just started with my send mail and i am almost finished with it what helped me out alot was webmin you can config sendmail with that you can get from

other than that i look at a lot of faq and rehat.com will help a little good luck

you also need to run imap it should be on your redhat cd under rpms that will let you run a pop server so you can log on to it to get your mail from outlook
