E.g.
I give my work to some rural printing company, without CTP, but paus papers and films, and so on. I make pdf directly from Indesign, and if there is no colour pictures in the document, I set Output/Colour/ to COMPOSITE GREY, and no text as black checked. Is that enough if all text is set to 100k in Swatches (Black swatch) Sometimes they say to me that text is rasterized. What to do to be sure that text will be 100% black, without any doubt. What about EDIT/PREFERENCES/APPEARANCE OF BLACK/PRINTING/EXPORTING? This preference had to be set on "Output all blacks accurately" or "Display all blacks as rich black" and does OVERPRINTING TO BLACK must be checked?
