how to backup system md110 and restore new SSD

Hi

my system's hard is a problem and its speed is very low, i want to install new SSD hard in ericsson md 110, how i backup system ? and install on new SSD hard. i have RPM Packages in usb that contain(eri_sn,egx_rfs,egx_sw,lsue_sw,eri_om) and can i update os system(opensuse).?
