Can anyone tell me how to backup an SQL 2005 Database? In SQL 2000 you could create a maintenance plan for backups but I can't seem to find that in 2005. When I look in start/all programs/sql server 2005 all I see is configuration tools/SQL configuration manager. There doesn't seem to be anything in the config manager that can do what I am looking for. Do I need to install something else or am I not looking in the right spot.

THANKS!!

Do you have SQL Server management studio installed? That is the replacement for Enterprise Manager.
You can still use maint plans in 2005. Open Management, you should see a folder named maintenance plans. Just right click and select new maint plan.
