How to backup single save set across multiple volumes??

Hi all,
One of my NT networker client have a E drive which is 400GB disk space and the usage now is about 380GB, instead of one tape drive backup this 380GB of data, how can I configure it to occupy multiple tape drives and the data can spread across multiple volumes? Please advise...

my setup is a SUN box connected to Storage Tek L700.

Instead of an "all" backup, you have to specify the directory names.

Save Sets:

C:D:E:\Folder1
E:\folder2
