How to backup and Restore Metaframe 1.8 on a NT 4 TSE Server

I am looking for supported steps that need to be take to ensure a successfull backup and restore of a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Windows NT 4 Terminal Server.

I have attempted a restore earlier today and the server just goes into a blue screen of death loop. It is so fast I cannot even tell what the error is. This is the same server as my production server, I have just replaced the disks.

The restore was of all local M$ files and the Registry.

Please help.....
