Hi all,
When sending an email to js@acme.com the exchange server apparently performs an internal lookup on the js initials and delivers it to the in-house account, thus totally ignoring the acme.com domain in the delivery process.
What causes this behavior, and more importantly, how do I keep it from happening?
To clarify:
- The email js@acme.com is typed into the to field of the email.
- The email address is valid.
- A person with the same initials exists on our own exchange server.
- The validation / lookup of the mail address in the outlook client does _not_ change and point to the local account. The js@acme.com stays.
With kind regards,
Lars
