how to avoid blank pages

In my report i often have blank pages.For example, when i see the results in the report, the seocnd page is blank and i have to go to the fourth page to continue.How can i avoid this ?

check the width of the page or controls. any of them must be exeeding the limit.

Following up on the above post.

Have you tried this. With the report in design mode, click on file, Page Setup and check the margins on the left and right, you might change those to .25 each and see if that solves your problem.

Make sure the width is equal to or less than 6 1/2 on the ruler in design mode. That is if you are printing the page Portrait style.

Hi,

I am using different values for the above based on the requirement.

Land scape,
Left 0.25 , Right 0.25
Design mode 13 1/2 rulers.


does that make difference?
otherwise any work arounds,please!
