How to automatically send mail?

I have a user who would like to forward a copy of all mail they receive in Lotus Notes to an external mail account.

Does anyone know how I would do this?

You can use a rule (Tools > Mail rules) for this.

Use:
condition = all documents
Action = send copy to (full)

It said Windows 2000 or better, so I bought a Mac

Sorry--I should have mentioned this is R5, not R6. I do not see mail rules.

I would question why they want to do that. Most companys would not allow this to happen for obvious reasons.

For phones and/or blackberries to receive e-mail--which is quite common now.
