How to automatically remove canceled meetings in a shared calendar? Does anybody know how to do this using the calendar in office 2003? It seems the meeting will be canceled but still blocks out the time on the calendar.. Any help will be greatly appreaciated..

How to automatically remove canceled meetings in a shared calendar

Hi there,
The meeting has to be cancelled by using 'Actions' 'Cancel Meeting' then you will get the dialogue box that you can choose from which is Send Cancellation and Delete Meeting, the meeting is then deleted from the calendar.
