I was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of recurring data without doing it manually. For instance, I have imported a company name list from a database to excel and sorted it ascending. Within the list a company is sometimes listed 5 to 10 times. The spreadsheet has tens of thousands of records and I would like to have each company listed once and would prefer not to do it manually. Does anyone know of a way around this? Perhaps a forumula, option, menu item, or function that I can do this?
