How to automatically compact local mailfile?

I have 100+ laptop users running notes 4.6.7, they replicate the local copy of their mailfiles with the server when in the office but while the server copy compacts every night, the local copy remains uncompacted and un-necessarily large. Without asking all the users to compact manually, is there an agent or similar that I can setup on the clients to take care of this?
