How to automatically bar and unbar account codes?

Hi all.
I have a telephone billing software with the capability of barring account codes that have exceeded a budget but is not doing so.
The developer wants to know if there is a port on 3300 to connect the software. I have tried the PMS port but that one only bars extensions and not account codes.
What port enables the barring of account codes?
