I can not locate in the documentation of how to turn on the date and time the message was received to play automatically for each call. I see where you can get envelope information but would like to have it play with each call.

I am on ver 4.0 using the aria TUI

ken yes I found it in the COS set up. I am trying to control it via subscriber control an can not find where it is in the flow control using the user quick reference guide. I would of thought it ws under personal configuration would you know ...thank you

You know i never really looked for this before and i do not see it on the user guide for Aria. It looks like you can only change it using subscriber options and not the TUI. I will keep looking

I found it in the cos and selected the subscriber controlled. I believe it is not in the documents any where that I found. I opened a mail box clicked on launch subscriber options and went into the telephone access tab, Because I selected subscriber controlled in the individual mail box, the box labeled "Play back date and time when reviewing messages" in the Telephone Access tab allowed me to turn on the feature. This is the only way I found to enable the feature for a individual, which is quite cumbersome. I just turned the feature on globally by modifying each COS.

It really is misleading and not user controlled. the user can not control it via the TUI.

I guess I took subscriber controlled as user controlled.
