How to Audit server errors?

Hi,
We have certain remote users, who repeatedly face issues and errors while creating new reports from a particular universe. However, when I run queries based on the objects from the activity universe, it doesn't reflect these errors encountered, though it shows certain other errors faced.

I need a report with all errors encountered filtered by time period.

Am I doing something wrong here? Please help...

Are your users using WEBI?

If so do you have all of the auditing options turned on under Servers, Web Intelligence Report Server?

Hav you checked the Windows Application Event Log to see if the errors are being captured in there?
