how to attach fax cover letter

Currently I display a letter in CR.
I have to display fax cover letter in the next page.
How can I attach fax cover letter in the same CR report?
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.

You could import it as an image or recreate it inside Crystal.

if your cover sheet is a document just import it as a ole object
or create a sub report with the cover shett and insert it in the gropu footer

Thanks for your suggestions.

I have created a sub report and put it on the group footer.
The problem now is the fax cover letter shows the page header section.
What I would like it the fax cover letter to be a new page by itself for every letter there is.
Any suggestions is welcome. Thanks.

that's correct, I wouldn't want the main report page header on the fax cover letter page.

You can handle this by creating the following formulas:

//{@false} to be placed in the group header for Letter1:
whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag := false;

//{@true} to be placed in the group footer where the subreport is located:
whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag := true;

Then go to the section expert->page header->suppress->x+2 and enter:
whileprintingrecords;
booleanvar flag;
flag = true; //Note no colon
