I did an insert OLE objects with Word Document on the Page Footer in Crystal 8.0 and when I did a print preview it gave me an error "Page Header plus Page Footer is to too large for the page". I only have a one page Word document. Please help. Thanks.

In response to your other post, place it in the report footer, not the page footer, and turn on the New Page Before.

I did turn on the page before in format section. However, after I inserted the word document on the Report footer and preview it, and it showed only quarter of the word doucment and I tried to pull it down to expand it and the entire word document went away.Remember I have vertical lines across the report footer. let me know ..if you have more ideas. Thanks.

Why do you have vertical lines?

Perhaps you can right click the report footer and select insert section below and place either the lines or the doc in a seperate report footer section?

I made a mistakes this is not what I wanted to put in the report footer because the I have quite a number of information on the page header and the 1 page word doument has spanned over 3 pages after I had printed this is because the page header has taken 1/4 of the page. What I need is an attachment of a 1 page word document after the last page invoice. Any ideas? Thanks.

Just suppress the page header on the last page using a suppression formula of:

onlastrecord

-k

what is the actual syntax on onlastcord. Please advise. Thanks

It is onlastrecord using crystal syntax.

Right click the page header section and select format section and click the X 2 next to suppress and place it in there.
