How to attach a word document at the last page in Crystal 8

I did an insert OLE objects with Word Document on the Page Footer in Crystal 8.0 and when I did a print preview it gave me an error "Page Header plus Page Footer is to too large for the page". I only have a one page Word document. Please help. Thanks.

If the Word document is already 1 page, then it will take up a full page by itself, so you cannot have other secions within the report because you're saying that at the bottom of every page you want this full page letter.

Try suppressing all other sections in the report and the OLE doc should be fine.

You might try describing your requirements in lieu of describing a problem.

I already suppressed other sections and still did not work. I just need this word document print at the very last page of the multiple invoices.So is there a way to make it a requirement in the crystal? Thanks.

Place it in the Report Footer, not the page footer, and right click the section and select format section->new page before

it did not work and I could not expand the page this is because I have vertical lines across the page for my invoice including the report footer. Any more tips.Thanks.

Hmmmm.... I tried and it works with CR 8.5.

I clicked on the document and drag one of the corners to reduce the size of the Word Document to fit.

Thanks evryone it work fine now. On the preview you can only see a Quarter of the word document but when printed out it shows the whole documment. The only thing I have to bear with is the vertical line. Nevertheless, this document is use for soft copy not hard copy and I am using it to do transmitting invoices through outlook. I hope it works.

Perhaps the document is > 1 page, which would obviously be a problem.

Saying that it did not work isn't descriptive, state what is happening...

I'd guess that the reason for only 1/4 view in preview is that it's sized to 1/4, increase it.
