how to assign recorded message to incoming call 1

Hello everyone
we have ip office 1500 v2 , and trying to configure greeting message

already message recorded(from ext by code *8101) and saved , but i cannot find it to assign to incoming call

so please help me to resolve this issue.

Note: I am using web for configuration.

*8101 is the MORNING preamble recording for Automated Attendant No. 1

Re-Record the greeting in *8401 which is the Automated Attendant Greeting

Set the incoming call route go to AA:NameOfAA and set the Fallback Extension in the Incoming Call Route to where you want the call to ring if the caller makes no selection from the AA.
