Hi All

I have some DVD-RAM media with calls recorded on NCF2 and NCF3. I have the NCF2 and the NCF3, so I'm able to replay the calls. The calls are only on the DVD. There are no records in SQL.

I would like to make import the calls and store them to a server. Is there anyone that has done something simmilar ?

Regards Johan

I know of a customer with this requirement.
The only way found was to manually download each call to disk and later move to a NAS.
I am looking forward to automate this process using scripts, macros, or something that "move the mouse" the times its necessary, anyway in your case you don´t need the DB information at all.

hi johan,

for ncfIII have a look at upgrade guide to npx this may solve your problem and the tools used with regard to dvd ram

NCFII there is a migration path to npx and again i believe this is covered in upgrade guide. the dvd ram in ncfIII is in same format as LST when it saves them onto dvd.

ncfII are version 8 loggers so if there isnt a lot of audio you could do a manual retrieval onto logger and save them as wav to hdd. as no sql data sc is out and would be difficult anyway.
