I am using Exchange Server 2007. our users are receciving emails on their black berry devies and on their microsoft outlook. we want that when user microsoft outlook size reaches to 2gb, it should automatically archive emails from inbox. by doing so we will not face any issue with our black berry devices and it will help us to manager pst files. Please help me to resolve this issue. can we do this thing within Exchange Server 2007 or we need to buy some Archiving Software. If so Please Suggest some Excelent Software with Chepa Price. thanks.

Exchange 2007 doesn't have built in archiving. You'd need to either upgrade to Exchange 2010 or use 3rd party software such as Mimosa's NearPoint.
