How to archive appoinments

Hi all: I have someone who keeps two calendars. One for the current year and one for the previous year(s). This is done by having the previous years in a .pst file as an archive. The problem is that his system had to be rebuilt and the time stamp now shows the date of the rebuild. So I can not archive the last 3 months of last year, because Outlook views the file as being created some time this year.


How do I fix this? or redate the file? or can I just archive individual appoinments?
