How to apply telephony settings to multiple users? 1

Hi,

I want to disable the Features Menu for some of my users. I found that I can do that per user in "User > Telephony > TUI". I don't want to change the system defaults.
Do I need to change each user's settings or is there a way to apply those settings to multiple users?

Create a user template and apply it to all the users you need
User rights and select what options you require

You might want to try making the change in "Web Manager", you can select multiple users to edit and change the Features Menu option in there.
