How to apply policies/security on Celerra/NAS

Hi
I'm thinking in replace my fileservers (typical W2000). To define quotas and apply user polices (specially to forbid writing ohter files, mp3, wav, avis,etc) we use NTP Quota

I think Celerra doesn't bring this feature. Is there any product that works with Celerra, so I can apply these policies?
